Tigran Harutyunyan29.06.2022 12:22sounds like you managed to reproduce the issue. Perhaps the “system” need to be based on messages rather than timeouts ? i.e. if the email has been successfully delivered, it should send a “complete” message to the system.
and if a timeout event occurs, the user (i.e. us) is told “Timeout with xxx operation. Please confirm delivery by checking xxx logs at yyy” instead of the generic “Delivery failed via email”.
just some ideas …
